The team behind Rinnovi

Over 70 years of enterprise IT. We know legacy systems from the inside, because we built them ourselves.

First understand the business process, then the code

Every legacy system holds the way a company works: prices, approvals, special cases, cast into programs over decades. Emma Savona-Ventura and Sven Dreistein have spent their careers capturing such processes, understanding them and turning them into solutions. This know-how carries every Rinnovi project: we recognize which business process sits behind a program and guide it safely through the transformation.

Both are specialists in solution design, formerly for Microsoft Dynamics 365, today in custom software development. Complex systems are our everyday work, and they will stay that way.

  • Dr. Frank Scholz

    Founder and CEO

    Frank Scholz leads product, business development and investor relations. He has worked in enterprise IT since 1988: as CIO of the Siemens EMEA region, as head of Visionet in Europe and as Chief Digital Officer at TeamViewer, where he led the move to a subscription model. He has run IT units with more than 3,000 employees and worked in Asia, the US and Italy.

  • Emma Savona-Ventura

    Enterprise Transformation and Client Delivery

    Emma Savona-Ventura is an ERP specialist and at home in business processes. Since 2011 she has been capturing how companies work, understanding and analyzing their processes and designing the right solution, first as a developer, today as Principal Consultant. At Rinnovi she runs client programs from the first assessment to go-live. Her career includes KPMG Crimsonwing, DXC Technology, Quantiq (now Avanade), HCLTech and Visionet.

  • Sven Dreistein

    Senior AI Solution Architect

    Sven Dreistein is an ERP specialist with a focus on business processes. Since 2003 he has been capturing and analyzing how companies work and designing solutions for them, both in-house and at implementation partners. He led IT and ERP teams at companies including Eckert & Ziegler and the Ka⁠De⁠We Group, and until August 2026 was a Solution Architect, most recently at Cegeka. He brings this understanding of business processes to the architecture of Rinnovi.
